Project Formulation

Meghalaya Climate Change Centre acts as the focal point for development of climate change adaptation & mitigation projects for funding from national as well as international agencies for accelerated climate actions in the State. So far, the Meghalaya Climate Change Centre has supported the line departments to develop proposal under the following themes:

• Sacred Groves conservation
• Springshed Rejuvenation for water and food security
• Vulnerable Catchment area protection
• Climate resilient Mountain Agriculture
• Renewable energy
